God, who is Spirit, has given us His very own life that we should be like Him. He has bequeathed to us the sacred tapestry of the written Word, not as a book of rules, but as a divine training ground to perfect our spiritual lives and instruct us in the ways of faith. For man is a spirit, and it is from the spirit that all of life flows. The Lord’s dream for every one of His children is that they would be champions—prosperous, sound, strong, and successful. This is not for personal aggrandizement, but so that we might inflame the world with the glorious Gospel, becoming conduits of His power and influence in every sphere of life.
To walk in this reality, however, we must first understand that the architecture of our victory is not built by external conditions, but is meticulously crafted from within.
The Mindset of a Monarch
For too long, the body of Christ has thought with a tenant’s mentality when we were created to be possessors. We pray for a venue, but God desires for us to own the building. We ask for airtime, but the Father’s heart is for us to own the network. We must begin to think differently, to think big, to think with the mind of a monarch. When you see a media house publishing falsehoods, do not merely pray against it; think, “Let us buy it up and change the managing director!” This is the phase we are in—to become powerful, to take the pace, to refuse to be small.
This requires a radical shift in perspective. If you owned the stadium, they could not deny you a place for your fellowship. If you were the governor, you could do great things for God. Why are you not? You can be. You must learn to dream, to become a possessor. The Word of God, when received and acted upon, will make you a champion. It will destroy every barrier and propel you forward into the vast territory of your divine inheritance.
The Fortress of the Heart: Guarding Your Joy, Casting Your Cares
The genesis of this victorious life is found in the sanctum of your own heart. The Scripture commands, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” (Proverbs 4:23, KJV). Your life is shaped by your thoughts. Therefore, you must mount a guard over your spirit, discerning what you allow to enter. Negative news, fearful conversations, and worldly anxieties are seeds that, if planted, will yield a harvest of doubt and defeat.
Your happiness must never be a hostage to your happenings. To believe you can only be happy when circumstances are perfect is a subtle deception. The truth is, things are not going well because you did not learn to be happy first. A joyful spirit is not the result of a good life; it is the cause of one. It conditions your environment and closes the door to the enemy. Therefore, when God’s Word says, “Be careful for nothing” (Philippians 4:6, KJV) and to be “casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you” (1 Peter 5:7, KJV), it is not a suggestion but a revelation of your spiritual reality. You change from the inside first, and everything on the outside must follow.
This is the divine order. For those who “receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:17, KJV). To receive this grace is to make a choice. It is to choose joy, to choose laughter. When the enemy boasts, remember that He who sits in the heavens shall laugh. Reign with Him! Practice laughing sessions, for that sacred laughter, rising from your spirit, is the sound of God arising and His enemies being scattered.
The Substance of a King: Wielding the Unseen Realm
Every born-again believer has been given “the measure of faith” (Romans 12:3, KJV). This faith is not a mere intellectual assent; it is the very currency of the Kingdom. The Scripture defines it as “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1, KJV). It is the title deed, the proof that what you have prayed for is already yours in the spirit realm.
Faith is not trying to get something; faith is the proof that you have already possessed it. It catapults you from the physical realm into God’s realm, where you begin to walk as a possessor of unseen realities. When this conviction is forged in your heart, your language changes. You speak of the invisible as though it were visible, because to you, it is. The business, the healing, the open door—it is no longer a future hope but a present possession in your spirit. If it is in your heart, nothing in the natural world can stop it from manifesting.
The Paradox of Peace and Persecution
In this journey of faith, many are troubled by a common myth: that if a man’s ways please the Lord, his enemies will be at peace with him (Proverbs 16:7, KJV). They look at their own opposition and wonder if God has forsaken them. But look at our Lord Jesus—were His enemies at peace with Him? What of the Apostle Paul, who was imprisoned and persecuted? There are enemies God has determined must not be at peace with you, for their opposition is the very stage for their defeat and your promotion. When you try to make peace and they refuse, leave them. God has a plan. He will turn every place they tried to shame you into a place of double honor. He will make you bigger than those who denied you. This is His promise.
Therefore, do not be moved by adversity. Control your life from the inside. Let the Word of God be your mirror and your confession. You are not trying to obey the Word; you are a doer of the Word, which means you joyfully become what it says you are. It is time to drop the load of care and walk in the liberty of a king. Your healing, your prosperity, your destiny—it all resides within your heart, waiting to be issued forth by the force of your faith. You are a champion. You are a winner. You are a victor. You have the life of God in you. Now, arise and reign.
